Every year, various music groups invite you to spend an atmospheric evening at the Peitinger Gumpen. We also accepted this invitation and watched the spectacle. From the lakeshore, the musicians played their instruments and let their melodies float over the water. Alphorns, brass and woodwind instruments enveloped us in alpine sounds and created a magical atmosphere. We were able to observe the music groups particularly well when they climbed onto boats and crossed the path of geese and ducks as they sailed across the lake. Some of the melodies brought back old memories and invited us to hum along.
