Baroque church built in 1673 in honor of Saint Coloman. The Irish pilgrim is said to have stopped here on his pilgrimage to Jerusalem around the turn of the millennium. The young Johann Schmuzer from Wessobrunn was the master builder of the church. The pilgrimage church stands in an open field at the foot of the mountains and is one of the most famous sights in Bavaria due to its proximity to Neuschwanstein Castle and is very popular as a photo motif and wedding church.
